Why we LOVE our job!

Here at Maid to Shine we LOVE to take care of our team members.  Every one of them are truly exceptional people and work harder than anyone else on this planet.  But life is not all work, that is why at Maid to Shine we work hard and we play hard!  For our latest event the entire team went white water rafting!

On the evening of Friday July 24, 2015 the team left Colorado Springs and met near Canon City, Colorado at Five Points campground along the Arkansas river.

We set up our tents, started a fire, chatted it up, had some grub, and eventually sang to some camp fire songs!  No camping trip would be complete without a night hike!  Of course we stayed up way too late, but we had a great time.

Early wake up call at 6 am ment some sleepy people, however some eggs, sausage, and excitement (and maybe some caffeine) solved most of the problems.

We arrived at Raftmasters in Canon City at 8 am, put on our gear, boarded the bus, and listened to the safety briefing.  Then, we were off!
